It is located in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai, which is rather a hipster upscale neighborhood. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, yoga studios, live music pubs/bars, and restaurants offering cuisine from around the world (Thai, Burmese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, German, French, organic, and vegetarian). We will take you on a city tour in another blog post. Let's just say that we could eat out for every meal, every day that we are here for a year, and still not have to eat at the same restaurant, food court, or street vendor twice! Amazing to us, after living in small town Misawa for so long.
So, welcome to our little home.
